I want to sing like the birds sing, not worrying about who hears or what they think. ~ Rumi

When you find yourself seeking
the answers you need,
stop and listen to the whispers
and follow their lead.
they do not disappear.
They are always close by
when you’re ready to hear.
They are wisdom, experience,
and conscience combined.
They reside in your heart,
in your soul, in your mind.
When you doubt all the reasons,
the how's...and the why's,
they answer your questions
in whispered replies...
When folks disappoint you
and promises fail,
heed the whispers of love
to forgive and prevail.
When you’re confused and unsure,
thinking you've lost your way,
hear the whispers of faith
and believe what they say.
When you’re discouraged and tired,
feeling weak and withdrawn,
the whispers of strength
will help you move on.
When today has been buried
in sadness and sorrow,
in the whispers of hope
is a better tomorrow.
Turn down the noise
to hear sharper and crisper,
the messages heard
in each gentle whisper.

- Vaccinosis is a condition recognised almost exclusively by the holistic veterinary community. It is not generally acknowledged by traditional veterinarians.
- Dr. Richard Pitcairn defines vaccinosis this way: “Vaccinosis is to be understood as the disturbance of the vital force by vaccination that results in mental, emotional, and a physical change that can, in some cases, be a permanent condition.”
- Vaccines are composed of modified live viruses, killed viruses and a number of potentially toxic substances. They also enter the body in an unnatural way (by injection) compared to real viruses. They bypass the body’s first lines of defense and are delivered directly to the blood and lymph systems.
- Vaccine reactions, or vaccinosis, are wide-ranging. Some reactions are relatively minor, while others are life-threatening.
- Fortunately, the traditional veterinary community is slowing becoming aware that vaccines are not the benign disease-prevention tools they were once thought to be.
- For peace of mind, it's worth taking the time to look for a local holistic/homeopathic vet, and if you're worried about putting your cat or dog into a cattery/kennel, look for one that will accept serum antibody titer tests or nosodes.

"Most people are searching for happiness. They're trying to find it in someone or something outside of themselves. That's a fundamental mistake. Happiness is something that you are, and it comes from the way you think." ~ Wayne Dyer

“Don’t believe what your eyes are telling you. All they show is limitation. Look with your understanding, find out what you already
know, and you’ll see the way to fly.”
Many of us are living our lives not looking so much through rose-coloured glasses, but more of a stained-glass window of limiting beliefs and conditioning handed down to us at birth, from experiences, by our family and friends, teachers, co-workers, media, and many of the people we looked to as points of reference growing up.
Like sponges, we soak up their beliefs, limitations, perceptions of the world, of what was/is possible or impossible as truth and allow all of them to shape us and the life we are living today, not conscious that many of the beliefs are not even ours.
On the positive side, all of these things can be changed, once we become conscious of them. No matter what happens to us we always have a choice and we have the power to do something about it, to change ourselves, our thoughts, our beliefs, our circumstances and become the architect of our lives.
When we quieten our minds down enough to hear, feel or see, there will always be a voice, feeling, serendipitous person, or event asking you to go back to yourself, to who you really are and realise your true essence that anything is possible.

Stress, worry, and anxiety simply come from projecting your thoughts into the future and imagining something bad. This is focusing on what you don't want! If you find that your mind is projecting into the future in a negative way, focus intensely on NOW. Keep bringing yourself back to the present.
Use all of your will, and focus your mind in this very moment, because in this moment of now there is utter peace and every possibility exists for you. ~ The Secret Daily Teachings by Rhonda Byrne

"We need another and a wiser and perhaps a more mystical concept of animals.
Remote from universal nature, and living by complicated artifice, man in civilization surveys the creature through the glass of his knowledge and sees thereby a feather magnified and the whole image in distortion.
We patronize them for their incompleteness, for their tragic fate of having taken form so far below ourselves. And therein we err, and greatly err. For the animal shall not be measured by man.
In a world older and more complete than ours they move finished and complete, gifted with extensions of the senses we have lost or never attained, living by voices we shall never hear. They are not brethren, they are not underlings; they are other nations, caught with ourselves in the net of life and time, fellow prisoners of the splendour and travail of the earth."
Henry Beston ~ Writer naturalist

Your authentic SELF is deep in the core of your being, always loving, always peaceful and always forgiving, compared with the EGO which is constantly looking to be better than everybody else, always comparing, looking for approval and always competing. Whenever you are thinking, feeling, saying or doing something that is not coming from a loving place, know that you are activating the EGO and not your authentic SELF.
I wish someone had told me when I was growing up that being different is okay and conformity is not for everyone. That it’s perfectly fine to explore what your heart wants and to tune out the rest of the world long enough to build a relationship with your SELF/SOUL.
Set the intention to spend some time with your SELF looking at your: dreams, values, likes, dislikes, idiosyncrasies, personality, moods, body, your pandora's box of fears and insecurities - it will be well worth the effort. And replenish your SELF daily - care for yourself as you would any other precious being.
The most beautiful thing you will ever witness in life is when you begin to reconnect with your essence and unfold into the loved, loving and loveable person you were born to be.
