We come into this world as souls wearing 'physical clothing' - all-loving, without fears (except those absorbed in the womb), judgements, or limiting beliefs. All too soon for many of us, our 'can-dos' turn into 'can't-dos' and 'should-dos' from what we 'think we are perceiving,' 'feeling' and 'hearing' in our external experience. 

Everyone speaks, sees and hears their OWN truth, based on their unique experience and personal filter, but it is exactly that - THEIR truth. When we go inside for guidance and listen to our heart/higher self, rather than looking outside for answers, only then is it possible to find our own truth and peace.
