Deliberate Creation: "Negative emotions are 'your guidance' that you want something that you're not ready for. Do something different. Think in a more 'general' way about whatever it is, until you feel better when you ponder/imagine it. When you are feeling better, think about it in more 'specific' ways. Once you have 'lined up' your emotions with what you want which is always in a 'high vibration/emotional' place ~ it has to manifest."~Abraham
