"Always be your Self . Never play small - give your Self permission to shine. God doesn't create rubbish. The only shame is to have shame. Always stand up for what you believe in, but pick your battles carefully. Always question what other people tell you, by referring back to your in-built compass, better known as your heart. Never regret the past, it's made you the perfectly imperfect soul dressed up in a human body that you are now and got you to this place which also happens to be just perfect, otherwise you wouldn't be here. There's no such thing as a coincidence, or a mistake. The Universe (if we let it) has it all taken care of , just look at nature - we are all one. Trust. Look out for the signs (which are everywhere) and know that you are divinely loved, guided and protected always."
